Testimonials
Adam,
I am writing this on behalf of Pam and myself. We wanted to take a minute to thank you for making what was a horrible experience just alittle bit better. Whether it was with your humor or just answering our endless questions, you made the situation seem a little lighter.
You put 5 1/2 years of work into a case that, at times, seemed to be a no win situation. For that we owe you. From our first meeting, you had a way of putting a spin on things that actually made the situation funny at times. Even when we were at our worst and ready to just give, you pulled something else out that gave us hope again.
Your work with Pathkar and Healthcare Recoveries was exceptional. I couldn’t ask for anything else. Your final bill was just and fair. We both know how hard you worked on our behalf. Believe me, it did not go unnoticed.
So I thank God we got you as our attorney. I don’t know how many others would have put in the time or dedication as you did.
Please don’t change a thing about the way you practice law. You truly give personal injury lawyers a good reputation in practicing the way you do.
You and your family will remain in our prayers. May you have a safe, peaceful, and relaxing holiday season.
Best Regards,
Marianne and Pamela
Dear Ron,
Thank you for all you’ve done for us. Without you we were helpless. We would never have received the justice you won for the terrible deaths of Bobby and (?)Dennis.
With Much Gratitude,
Elaine & Robert K.

Dear Mr. Axelrod,
Just a little note to say thank you to both Ron Grayzel and his staff for the excellent service I received from the firm. The constant professionalism and attention to every detail did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate all his efforts in securing, what I consider a fair and equitable settlement.
Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to contact your firm.
Sincerely,
Michele P.
Dear Kim,
A world of thanks to you! I can’t thank you enough for helping me. You’re not the “typical attorney”; thank you for being kind and compassionate. I certainly would highly recommend you to anyone.
Take care of yourself,
Don
Dear Roxanne,
Just a little note to express my gratitude for all the work you have been doing on my case. The courtesy you express over the phone is very much appreciated (even though I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you yet!).
Sincerely,
Theresa

Dear Jim Dunn,
I would like to express my thanks to you, your staff, especially Roxanne, for all the work, caring, and understanding that helped me to win my case. I shall highly recommend your firm to others.
Thanks again,
Margaret Hirdman
Dear Mr. Grayzel,
Thank you for doing my arbitration for me.

To Rich Levinson:
Dear Sir, Todd Wachtel was assigned to my case after 3 years and two previous attorneys from your firm. He has done a wonderful job getting to know my case and fighting to get me the medication and medical treatment I have so desperately needed. The insurance company has made it a practice to deny anything that comes up. But Todd has made them fulfill their obligations. We are moving along to settle my case at full disability. I am confident I will get whatever I am entitled to. I’m glad you sent Todd Wachtel to the Somerville office to handle my case.
Thank you.
Dear Mr. Grayzel,
I thank you sincerely, and all who handled my husband Robert’s asbestos suit … for all your and their efforts on my behalf.
I was especially happy to receive this latest check.
My best wishes to all of you.
Dorothea O.
Dear Mr. Grayzel & Mr. Armstrong
When Mr. Armstrong called me, I was overjoyed with the good news.
I am very pleased to hear that you protected my benefits and that I can still rely on my compensation check each month, which means a lot to me.
I am also very thankful and content with the check of $49,262.84 which I received today from your secretary.
You made a wise decision and you have no idea how relieved I am with this great accomplishment with Travelers insurance company.
Mr. Grayzel you taught me 10 years ago to invest money in a conservative way and that is just what I did.
I also admire your patience for not giving up on my case after 10 long years, knowing from the very beginning that this was a very difficult and complicated case. Gentlemen I could not thank you enough for all the good work.
Sincerely,
Winnifred Z.

Dear Kim,
Steve and I want to say “thank you” for all you did for us. You made a bad situation better every step of the way – and we are very grateful for your effort.
We hope not to need your assistance in the future – but will recommend you to our family, friends, and neighbors should the opportunity present itself. Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Sandy K.
Dear Ron,

Dear Mr. Dunn & Roxanne,
Darla and I are most grateful to you for all the work and energy put forth during the past several years in our lawsuit(?) with Mr. (?). It has been an exciting(?) experience for us! It also has been a pleasure to get to know you both during that (?) period!
Roxanne, please accept this small token of appreciation. One for you and one for Mr. Dunn and may God bless you both!
Sincerely,
Ed & Darla
Dear Ron,
I have been meaning to write you for a month or so, and decided to do it before ’97 ends.
’97 brought some closure to us in terms of the case being settled out of court. For this we are grateful. But when we think “grateful,” we think of you. I know Maureen wants to personally write you as well at some point, so let me just speak for myself.
This tragedy was incomprehensibly difficult for us. I know you appreciated that. While everything was handled with consummate professional skill, I never felt I was just talking to a lawyer. I always felt I was talking to a father. For this I will always be most grateful. For this I will always hold you in great esteem.
It has not escaped my notice, either, that you could have charged us more than you did. Again, my sincere thanks.
Maureen and the kids are doing well, though for us as parents I think there will forever be a certain “complexity” to the great lessons of life and faith. Perhaps this is inevitable – most every important or joyful moment brings Johnny back to mind.
God forbid I should ever need to direct anyone toward you for reasons such as ours. However, if the occasion were ever to sadly arise, you would be the first person on my mind. I hope that conveys some of my esteem and respect.
Our prayer is that God would bless and protect you & your family and increase your awareness of His love in your life. I hope life back in (?)Metochin is working out great!
All the best,
Gregory
P.S. Please convey our similar sentiments to Kathleen; she was great.
Dear Mr. Grayzel,
John and I wish to thank you for the very generous settlement you were able to make for him.
We would like to have the full amount of $81,437.24 which we will put into the bank, drawing enough interest for us to live out our lives very nicely.
Thank you sincerely and may “God bless you.”
Ruth & John
To Roxanne,
Thank you for all the nice things you did for me.
Love,
(?)
Dear Ron,
How are you doing with your family. I hope that all of you are doing fine. I would like to thank you for the wonderful check that I received on September 11, 2008. I was a big surprise and I really like your surprises!!! I invested the money in good stocks. […]
I am doing well Ron, I still can afford to live in Edison. Owens Corning is very good to me. I still get the compensation check in time, my husband’s pension, Social Security and IRA account is enough to survive. I am not a big spender and I don’t have debts.
I am involved in sports. I am going to the YMCA for a work out. I love to play basketball, volley ball on the beach and I like to swim in order to stay slim and healthy.
My son Rob is still a NJ State Trooper and he has 3 more years to go. He is going to retire at 25 years of service. Time really flies.
Well Ron thanks again for the sizable check, your great effort is well appreciated.
Sincerely Yours,
Winnifred Z.
Dear Mr. Grayzel,
Many, many “thanks” for your efforts in obtaining my recent settlement.
The “nest egg” will take a tremendous financial pressure off my back.
Gratefully yours,
Jean L.
Dear Ron,
Sorry I didn’t do this sooner. I appreciate all you did for us.
Steve is doing very poorly. I have him in a hospital bed at home. He took care of me for thirty years, so it’s my turn to take care of him. I don’t want to put him in the hospital yet.
If we didn’t have you as our Lawyer, maybe I would lose this house in the end. Thanks to you I can stay here. You don’t know what that means to me.
I’ll let you know when he passes away.
Thank you again for what you did for us.
Sincerely,
Jean K.

Dear Mr. Levinson:
I wish to let you know the excellent job Mr. Mark Kuminski did with my recently resolved case.
I came to your firm about 2 years ago seeking help when I was having problems with medical bills that were not getting paid from slipping on ice in a parking lot and breaking my left ankle. I initially chose your law firm because your (?) web page provided me with helpful advice. Since your firm was willing to be helpful for free to those in distress, I felt I could trust your ______ on getting my problem resolved.
The first time that I met with Mark, he was very understanding of my problem, clear on what needed to be done, obviously very knowledgeable, well organized, and personally a pleasant person. His goal was to give me the direction that I needed and take care of a lot of legal details himself. He was not worried about how much money this could bring in a suit, but instead he was honestly focused on taking the legal burdens off my shoulders. This meant far more than the ____ settlement to me.
As the suit progressed, Mark had clear and detailed advice on how to handle the deposition, which was the most nervous I have ever been in my life. His direction gave me the confidence and knowledge to make it through that without faltering. He knew exactly how to take care of every issue in every stage of this case, and he has given me a new appreciation for your profession and our legal system.
Sincerely,
Stephen C. Waller, Ph.D.
Dear Mr. Grayzel,
I thank you sincerely for the way you handled things for John and me during our troubled times and for now as well.
I never had the pleasure of meeting you but I do know that John spoke very highly of you.
We still miss him very much but time and prayers have helped a great deal.
“Thank you.”
Sincerely,
Ruth C.
Ron, you were terrific! No one else could have done what you did! I felt I was in a high drama movie! I really appreciate your efforts! Think of me when you open this! Best of luck in all your future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Ellen
