Michael B. Fusco — Associate

Michael was born and raised in New York City prior to moving to the Jersey Shore and attending Manasquan High School in Monmouth County. In 2006, Michael graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a triple-major in Literature, History and Journalism. While attending Lehigh, Michael was an active member of the student body, serving as Vice President of the Student Senate, Online Editor for the student newspaper The Brown and White and President of his fraternity.

After college Michael worked on both public policy and speech writing in the Office of the Governor of New Jersey. Additionally he worked on the successful re-election campaign of Gov. Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania.

In 2007, Michael matriculated at Seton Hall University School of Law where he was awarded the Monmouth County Bar Foundation Scholarship. In the summer of 2008, he was fortunate enough to study law abroad in both Leuven, Belgium and Galway, Ireland. During law school Michael interned in the chambers of the Hon. Garry J. Furnari (New Jersey Superior Court – Essex Vicinage), the Hon. Chief Justice Stuart Rabner (New Jersey Supreme Court) and the Hon. William J. Martini (United States District Court – New Jersey). In 2010, Michael received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall with a concentration in intellectual property. He successfully passed both the New Jersey and New York bar exams and is admitted to practice in both states.

Michael joined Levinson Axelrod in the Fall of 2010 where he focuses primarily on personal injury, no-fault insurance and premises liability. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, Middlesex County Bar Association, Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
