Joe Jackson to sue Michael's doctor for wrongful death

Joe Jackson will be sending Conrad Murray’s lawyer a notice next week stating that he will be filing a wrongful death suit against Murray for the death of Michael Jackson.

Joe Jackson’s lawyer said that he will be suing for punitive damages, economic support, loss of companionship and loss of consortium. As of now, it is only Joe who is suing as a plaintiff but he has said that he will add any family member’s name as a plaintiff.  The case will be filed at L.A. County Superior Court and according to California law, a plaintiff in a malpractice or wrongful death suit must give a 90 day notice before filing the case.
